IHI releases second edition of Respectful Management of Serious Clinical Adverse Effects

The Institute of Healthcare Improvement (IHI) has released a second edition of its Respectful Management of Serious Clinical Adverse Events white paper, according to the IHI website.

The white paper includes information to help institutions proactively prepare to manage serious clinical adverse events, and also information for a reactive emergency response to a serious event.
