HealthGrades releases list of U.S. hospital in the top 10% for best patient experience

HealthGrades has identified the hospitals providing the best patient experience in the nation.

A report by HealthGrades analyzed the annual Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey (HCAHPS) and identified the hospitals that ranked in the top 10%.  Eight Massachusetts Hospitals were listed in the top 10%: Brigham and Women’s, Emerson, Faulkner, Massachusetts General, Milford Regional, New England Baptist, Newton Wellesley and Winchester.
