HRET releases guide to help hospitals improve quality

Health Research & Educational Trust (HRET) has released a guide to help hospital leaders and human resource personnel implement work practices that drive quality improvement.

The guide features 14 high performance work practices in four categories:

• Organizational engagement
• Staff acquisition and development
• Frontline empowerment
• Leadership alignment and development

 An organizational assessment checklist and resources list are also included.
